Only 100 tickets will be sold.

Draw will be made once all tickets have been sold.

The winner will be contacted by phone and a confirmation will be sent by email.
Prize draw will follow a strict set of procedures, assuring a complete random and fair draw. A live viewing will be held to showcase the winning draw.
Ticket fulfillment and draw control by A Cut Above. The records of A Cut Above shall be deemed correct and final.
No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected ticket purchases. Please assure all information you provide is correct.
Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age.
Prize is not taxable; ticket purchases are not tax-deductible. Prizes may not be as illustrated.
The Prize Value (10,000.00$) and Ticket cost (100.00$) are both in CAD.
Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on future contests and marketing, contact the prize winner and publicize the name of the prize winner.

Winners consent to the use of their name and photograph for publicity purposes. The liability of the licensee of this contest shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
This contest is intended for Ottawa residents and surrounding areas, including : Orléans, Cumberland, Clarence-Rockland, Kanata, Stittsville and Barrhaven.
Prize is to be accepted “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. A Cut Above shall have no obligation to any prize winner to provide or enforce any warranty or other right offered by any third-party provider of any prize. Any such warranty that may be provided by any third-party provider of any prize will be between the prize winner and such third-party provider of any prize.
In the event a winner has not claimed their prize after 60 days from the applicable draws and several attempts have been made to contact that winner, then a second draw will be made for the unclaimed prize. The following winner will be given 30 days to claim their prize. In the event a winner has not claimed their prize from the second draw, after several attempts have been made to contact the winner, then the prize may be returned to A Cut Above for future contests.
All ticket purchases are final, refunds are not available. No refunds will be issued after the commencement of the draws.
